Returns Policy

We provide a certain period of quality assurance and after-sales service for the mobile power products and services we provide, please refer to our warranty policy for details. If you encounter any problems or need any help during the use, you can contact us through the contact information provided on this site, and we will try our best to provide you with a satisfactory solution.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the Goods you have received, or wish to cancel an order you have already paid for, please follow the process below:

- You need to contact us within 30 days after receiving the goods, inform us of your order number and the reason for returning the goods, and provide relevant evidence, such as product photos and videos.

- We will review your return request after receiving it and reply you within 3 working days whether we agree to return the goods. If we agree to return the goods, we will provide you with a detailed return address and a guide to the return process, and ask you to send the goods back to us within 7 working days, and provide the shipping order number and product photos.

- We will refund you according to the original payment method after receiving and confirming your returned goods. The refund amount will be deducted accordingly based on the actual condition of the goods and the reason for return, please refer to our [Refund Policy]. 2.3 When processing a return, please note the following:

- Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the return is due to a quality issue with the item.

- Returned merchandise must be in perfect condition, unused, fully packaged and complete with accessories, otherwise we reserve the right to refuse the return or deduct the appropriate fees.

- Returned merchandise may be subject to customs duties or other fees, which are your responsibility, unless the return is due to a quality issue with the merchandise.

- Some items are not returnable due to health or safety reasons, such as tights, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, beauty and accessories, etc. Please read the description of the item carefully before you purchase."

Refund Policy

We will refund you according to the original payment method after receiving and confirming your returned goods. The refund amount will be deducted accordingly based on the actual condition of the goods and the reason for return as follows:

-If you cancel your order before shipment, we will refund you the full amount.

-If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, we will deduct the shipping costs incurred and refund you in accordance with the return policy upon receipt of the returned goods.

-If you receive a product that has quality issues or is not as ordered, we will refund you in full and cover the return shipping costs.

-If you don't like or need the product for personal reasons, we will deduct the shipping costs incurred and issue a refund in accordance with the return policy upon receipt of the return.

Warranty

1. Limited Warranty Terms

Warranty Coverage

G-POWER product products under normal use conditions, from the date of purchase to enjoy a one-year warranty period, such as non-man-made damage to the performance of the failure, you can choose to free repair or replacement of the same model with the same specifications of the product.

During the warranty period, if the product quality problems caused by the appearance of the damage (such as cracked shell, deformation, etc.), you can replace the shell or the whole machine free of charge.

During the warranty period, if the battery capacity decreases by more than 20% due to product quality problems, the battery or the whole machine can be replaced free of charge.

Within the warranty period, if the product quality problems caused by abnormal charging and discharging, unable to switch on and off normally, unable to recognize the device normally and other faults, you can repair or replace the whole machine free of charge.

Outside the warranty period, if the performance failure or appearance damage caused by normal use, you can choose to pay for repair or replacement parts.

Circumstances not covered by the warranty

-Exceeding the warranty period;

-No valid proof of purchase or the proof of purchase does not match the product or is altered;

-Damage caused by failure to use, maintain, or repair the product in accordance with the requirements of the product instruction manual;

-Non-G-POWER authorized maintenance center personnel to disassemble the damage caused;

-Damage caused by force majeure (such as fire, flood, earthquake, etc.);

-Damage caused by improper use by the user (e.g., falling, extrusion, fluid intake, etc.);

-Use of non-G-POWER original accessories (such as data cable, charger, etc.), which leads to product failure.

In order to ensure your rights and interests, please ask the seller for a valid proof of purchase when purchasing G-POWER products and keep it properly. When performing warranty service, please present this voucher and provide the product serial number (SN code).

WARRANTY PERIOD 

The warranty period starts on the date of purchase as stated on your proof-of-purchase and expires at the end of the period indicated in the section “Warranty Period” below. 

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS 

The Limited Warranty does not apply to any:

• Use in commercial or industrial applications;
• Improper power supply such as low voltage, defective household wiring or inadequate fuses;
• Damage caused by external influences;
• Damage caused by use with non-approved products and accessories;
• Damage caused by operating the Product outside the permitted or intended uses described in the user instructions, such as using in abnormal operating conditions (extreme temperatures);
• Damage due to acts of nature, for example, lightning strikes, tornadoes flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes;

2. Remedies

If a hardware defect is found, G-POWER will either (1) repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacements or parts or, (2) replace the product with a new or refurbished product. G-POWER will retain defective parts, modules or equipment.

The purchaser shall not be charged (whether for parts, labour or otherwise) for the repair or replacement of a defective Product during the Warranty Period.

3. How to Obtain Warranty Service?

To request a Warranty Service within the warranty period, please first contact the support team for warranty check. You must provide:

• Your name
• Contact information
• Original invoice or cash receipt, indicating the date of purchase, dealer name and model number of the product

We will determine the problem and the most appropriate solutions for you. Please keep the packaging your product arrived in or packaging providing equal protection, so that you have the required packaging available in the event of a return.

The time for fast shipping is usually 3-7 business days, depending on the processing speed of the logistics company and customs.

- FREE SHIPPING: Free shipping is a special shipping method that only applies to orders that meet certain conditions. If the amount of your order reaches the minimum limit set by us, and your country or region supports free shipping, then you can enjoy free shipping service. Free shipping is by standard shipping method and the time is usually 10-20 business days.

- USA: The United States is one of our major markets, and we support delivery to all 50 states and the District of Columbia, excluding the U.S. Outer Islands and military bases. Orders within the U.S. are generally not subject to customs duties or other fees.

 - Europe: Europe is one of our major markets, we support delivery to the 28 member states of the European Union and some other European countries or territories, please refer to our delivery range table. Orders within Europe are generally subject to VAT or other charges, depending on the laws and regulations of the destination country or region.

- Japan: Japan is one of our main markets and we support delivery throughout Japan, excluding Okinawa and other outlying islands. Orders within Japan are generally not subject to duties or other fees.

- Others: In addition to the above three major markets, we also support delivery to some other countries or regions, please refer to our delivery range table. Orders from other countries or regions may be subject to customs duties or other fees, depending on the laws and regulations of the destination country or region.

Order & Payment Policy

1. Order Confirmation 

When you place an order through www.g-power.ai, you will receive an email with your confirmation number and order summary within 1-12h. It takes 1-2 days to dispatch the package after your order being processed.

2. Change the Shipping Address 

Before your order is prepared for shipping, you can change the shipping address, to change information or canceling order, please contact our customer support team at order@g-power.ai within 6h after placing the order.
